The course is divided into six lessons:

  • Lesson 2 - Handling Food Allergy Incidents
  • Lesson 3 - Most Common Allergens
  • Lesson 4 - Preventing Food Allergy Incidents
  • Lesson 5 - Personal Hygiene & Hand Washing
  • Lesson 6 - Investigating & Reporting Food Allergy Incidents
At the end of each lesson, there is a quiz. You must score 75% in each quiz to unlock the next part of the course, and you have unlimited attempts to do so.
There are no training prerequisites for this course - you can simply enrol and get started.
