Allergy Management Checklist

In Australia, between 1 to 2% of adults and around 4 to 8% of children have food allergies. Use this checklist to help with allergy management at your business.

Australia has one of the highest levels of food allergies in the world.

As a food business owner/manager, you have a responsibility to protect your customers by ensuring allergens don't get into foods they're not supposed to. People with severe allergies can go into anaphylactic shock which can cause death.

This checklist is designed to be completed at regular intervals and every time the menu changes, and can help with allergy management planning at your food business.
